What language does your support team speak?

At the moment we have customer service representatives that speak English and Spanish. Although all of our products are translated into seven languages, we can only reply to messages sent to us in English or Spanish.

How long will I have to wait for a reply from your support team?

If you contact us during our office hours, Monday through Friday, you will receive an answer the same day. If our office is closed you will receive our reply the following business day.

Is there an office I can contact in my country to order directly from or where I can get more information?

Cimaware Software is an internet business located in Madrid, Spain. You may order any product directly from our site regardless of where you are in the world. If you prefer, we do have resellers in many countries and you may contact us to ask for a reseller in your specific country. You may also contact your local software provider and they can purchase any of our utilities online for you.
