Cimaware Releases New version of its Microsoft Word Recovery Software

WordFIX 2.0 recovers damaged document files, creating new ones that are trouble free. WordFIX 2.0 recovers all versions of Word, including Word for Macintosh. While it keeps the original damaged file, it creates a copy that has been restored to good health. In order to increase the types of corruption that can be recovered Cimaware Software has gone through intensive testing that has included the analysis of hundreds of files that were no longer functional due to a corruption. The changes implemented have resulted in an improved recovery engine that restores an extremely large amount of corruption types.
WordFIX is presented in several download versions, a free demo download to evaluate its recovery capabilities, a Standard version that recovers texts, a PRO version that includes the recovery of formats and images, and an Enterprise version, that adds a batch recovery feature.
