This Quality Management System is intended for use in any organization or business which designs, develops, manufactures, installs and/or services any product or provides any form of service. It provides a number of requirements which an organization needs to fulfill if it is to achieve customer satisfaction through consistent products and services which meet customer expectations. The International Organization for Standardization is administered by accreditation and certification bodies in 147 countries.
In achieving the ISO 9001:2000 certification our goal is to continually improve every aspect of the development and marketing of our products as well as providing the highest quality customer service.
Some of the requirements in ISO 9001 include monitoring development processes to ensure they are producing quality products, keeping proper records, regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness, and the continual improvement of all the company's processes.
European quality assurance limited certifies that Cimaware Software meets the requirements of the standard BS / EN / ISO 9001:2000.
